Join us and the City of Livingston, for a free hands-on workshop to learn how to care for young trees. The first few years is the most critical time to prune to ensure they grow up strong and healthy and reduce future maintenance costs. No experience is necessary. Young tree pruning can be completed by almost anyone with some basic training.
The class is taught by tree expert and arborist Patrick Plantenberg, Chair of Montana Urban Community Forrest Association (MUCF). You'll learn proper pruning techniques tailored for the types of trees found here in Livingston, get an official Pruning Certificate, and connect with other folks that love trees!
