We hope you can join us for PCEC's 2nd Annual Virtual Rendezvous on Wednesday, November 10. We will be meeting via Zoom.
The theme this year is “Growing Together,” and we’ll talk about the relationship with climate change, growth and how we work together at the local level to tackle hard problems.
Our keynote speaker will be Professor Cathy Whitlock, who will join us to talk about her work as the co-lead for the recently published Greater Yellowstone Climate Assessment. Cathy is a Regents Professor Emerita of Earth Sciences and a Fellow of the Montana Institute on Ecosystems at Montana State University. She is recognized nationally and internationally for her scholarly contributions and leadership activities in the area of long-term environmental and climate change, with much of her research focused on the Greater Yellowstone Area.
We will also be joined by other local conservation leaders who will discuss their work with us.
This event will be held virtually, via Zoom and we will provide you with a meeting link and login instructions via email after you register. Please plan to join the event 10 minutes early if you are newly downloading, or need to update Zoom to allow you to test your audio and camera settings.
